The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with cable TV, a patio, and a private bathroom with luxurious amenities like bathrobes and free toiletries. We loved the location of the hotel in the vibrant De Mexicanos neighborhood, with easy access to cultural highlights like the Mayan Textile Center and Mesoamerican Museum of Jade. The hotel offered outdoor adventure options like hiking/biking trails, mountain biking, and ecotours.

The hotel was charming and really cute with marvellous location just next door to the centre of San Cristobal, all main attractions, and felt very safe at all times. The a double room was fashionable and well furnished. Coffee and terrace were a nice touch.

What a delightful find! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest staff and impressed by the well-maintained gardens. I had a restful night in a charming room with a comfortable bed and enjoyed a refreshing hot shower with plenty of pressure. The complimentary coffee in the room was a nice touch. The cleanliness, location, and overall charm of this place make it a top choice for my stay in this city. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of insulation and noise from nearby bars, but they didn't overshadow my enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this city.

We had a delightful stay at Posada Primavera. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and the well-cared-for gardens impressed us. the room was cozy with the most comfortable beds, and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. the staff even knew our names and served us delicious cappuccinos at their coffee bar. the location was perfect, just a few blocks from the main plaza and other attractions. the friendly staff, lovely surroundings, cleanliness, and convenient location made Posada Primavera our top choice in San Cristobal. Cons: Couldn't fault a thing! 😊.

Our stay during winter was just perfect. The hotel is huge with unique rooms and the staff was especially helpful and attentive. The location is absolutely perfect, being extremely close to the Mesoamerican Museum of Jade. The area is secure and it's only a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

very clean rooms and bathrooms. great location - just one block away from the most visited street in the area and close to downtown. the staff is friendly and welcoming. we loved the well-maintained gardens. the beds were super comfortable. they have a pick-up/drop-off service for the boat tour of the canyon.
